About Remote Support
Powell Labs provides premiere remote support to quickly render support for most technical issues. Our remote support product allows us to quickly diagnose and effect repair to your computer for a low rate.
- Download the Powell Labs Remote Support application by clicking the link.
- Select "Run" when the download completes, and select "Run Anyway" if you are prompted.
- Go through the Setup, and when you complete it, a Window will appear.
When starting the remote support application,
- Select "FixMe.IT Client" from your desktop.
- On your screen, you will see a six sigit code. Call Powell Labs customer support at (231)928-8101 Ext 101. Customer Support will ask for your information.
- After you give Customer Support your six digit Client ID code, you will be connected and the remote support session will start!
For the first hour, we charge a mandatory minimum of $45. If the session should extend beyond the first hour, then additional time will be billed at $35 an hour.
